Sadness is an emotion that everyone faces, whether it be about sadness in love, about family, about loss of a loved one, failure in some aspect of life or anything else. Alayum Kattin from the award winning movie of 1993, Vaathsalyam. This song was sung by Vaathsalyam and its music director was Venkatesh S P. Surya Kireedum is a sad song from the movie Kaliyattom which came out in 1997 and featured music direction by Kaithapram Viswanathan and this song was sung by Bhavana. There are also some other songs like Pokaathe, Madhuram Jeevamritha etc.
